For ‘Out of City’ Rental package, distance travelled through Corporation / Municipality limits at pickup and / or drop and / or on the route, must be less than 10% of package distance.
In case the actual time or actual distance or both exceeds the selected package, then you will be charged extra based on the rate specified by the provider.
Actual time is defined as the time period between start of the ride and end of the ride, plus any excess waiting time outside the free wait time.
Actual distance travelled will be calculated based on the odometer reading entered by the driver at the start of the ride and at the end of the ride. It is the passenger’s responsibility to check the reading being entered in the app by the driver.
The amount given in the accepted quote will be the minimum amount that needs to be paid even in case the package is not fully used.
Driver could be entitled to charge additional amount in certain instances based on what happens during the ride e.g., damage to vehicle caused by passenger / goods. Driver will specify additional amount along with reasons.
Package cannot be changed after accepting the quote.

Outstation and Different City Goods
In case of ‘One-way’ type of ride, no stops are allowed between the pickup and drop.
