Cancellation Charges Policy

Table of Cancellation, Compensation & Refund

This table/s is/are applicable to the Guests who do the ride booking on the JUU Ride platform and for Service Providers who provide the service using the JUU Ride Platform. This table of Cancellation, Compensation and Refund, being a part and parcel of the Terms and Conditions document accepted by Guests and Service Providers at the time of registration, has to be read and understood as one along with the respective Terms and Conditions document so accepted. This table of Cancellation, Compensation and Refund, given here on the website is only for the purpose of clarity and for easy reference. All amount/s receivable by you, either guest/s or service provider/s, will be provided as credit to your JUU ride account only. These credits could be used for availing your future JUU Ride services.

Refund, shall follow and abide by the points mentioned in at Point 35 and 36 of the “Terms and Conditions for Guests” and accepted by you at the time of registration.

Refund for Service Providers

Refund, shall follow and abide by the points mentioned in at Point 49 and 50 of the “Terms and Conditions for Service Providers” and accepted by you at the time of registration.
